Whisky (also called Whiskey) is a kind of strong distilled liquor that is brewed from barley, corn, wheat and other grains, and aged in oak barrels for many years. Then blended into about 43 degrees. The British call it the "water of life".

The classification of whisky is mainly based on raw materials, national origin, storage time, alcohol content. Accoding to the origin (production place and country of whiskey), it can be divided into Scotch whisky, Irish whisky, American whisky and Canadian whisky as well as Japanese whisky, of which Scotch whisky is the most famous!

According to different raw materials, whiskey can be divided into pure wheat whiskey, grain whiskey, and rye whiskey.

The brewing process of whiskey is divided into six steps: germination, saccharification, fermentation, distillation, aging, and mixing.

Single Pot Whisky Distiller:

- Most client will chose single pot still
to produce their ideal whisky, cheap than twin kettle pot still but can meet purpose of ideal whisky distilling process.

The components of a pot still include: tank, swan neck, lyn arm, condenser, safe and accessory return.

Columns Distiller:

- Hybrid Pot Still (with reflux column for increase alcohol proof, it can meet your purpose to make corn whiskey, grain whiskey,bourbon whiskey or
other different spirits, ideal as an option to make other spirits such as gin brandy vodka etc)
The column still consists of 2 connected tall distillation columns: analyze and Rectifier, each of which is divided into compartments with perforated partitions.
