GZ-6P 6-head Semi-automatic Bottles Beer Filler and Capper

1.General Introduction

 is a Semi-automatic machine to fill beer into bottles  and capper the bottles., which have total 6 beer filling heads and 6 caps capping heads. The bottles need to be located on the panel of bottle filling manually, and then the whole filling process can be achieved automatic. When the beer full with the bottle, the filling process can stop automaticlly, and then manual move the bottles with beer to the area of capping unit. 

Our bottle beer filler and capper can fill all sizes of  glass bottles (as per customized bottle sizes and type),  including 330ml, 500ml, 600ml, 800ml, and 1L etc.  The productive capacity of our bottle beer filler and capper can be adjusted from 380bottles to 450bottles for 500ml bottles.
